Ordering:
once an order is placed, ALL SALES ARE FINAL ! No exceptions.
Allow 3-7 days processing. You will receive an email when item has shipped. If you do not get an email within 7 days, please contact us!
NOTE: if an item scent or flavor is out of stock, we will contact you to substitute the item.
REFUND POLICY
NO REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED. If you have an issue with an item received, please contact us and we will do everything in our power to correct the situation or make it right. Customer satisfaction is of high priority.
SHIPPING
Shipping happens within 7 -14 days. Sometimes sooner if at lil possible. We ship primarily USPS unless order weight is high. We will refer to UPS or FEDEX. The buyer selects shipping upon ordering. Most option comes with insurance. If for some reason, you do not receive your order, contact us!
HANDCRAFTED ITEMS
Our soap and products are handcrafted in small batches. Our labels include the ingredients used. Always test a small area of the skin to ensure you will not have a reaction. These products are made in my home, not a separate factory, in a designated space.My utensils and ingredients are kept separate from food items but I can not guarantee that they would be allergy free if you have allergies. All containers are sanitized to prevent the growth of bacteria, as well as using a small amount of preservative.
